I was contracted by a broker that claimed to be the truck owner and would have my car picked up with ease. Once I signed the contract and my card was charged I was contacted by a "sister company" giving me the day they would pick my car up. I agreed and asked the price, it was $200 more than I agreed to on my contract. I called to cancel my order and get my deposit refunded and was told I could not. I found ecarmovers online and Micheal not only got my car picked up on time, which was the next day, it did not cost me outside of the price I agreed to pay with the other company. it was nice talking to someone that was not selling me, just talked to me. This entire process has been unsettling. Relocating due divorce and on a tight schedule for job interview this company treated me like a rel person and made me feel at ease. I have never transported a car and only read stories of brokers stealing cars and selling customers information, but once I called ecarmovers I knew I was in good hands.
I was livid and cussed the other company :) But Micheal actually tried to defend them and said, " Circumstances do not control our joy, we do!" Thank you so much for the smile.
