On my initial call, they gave me a complete and detailed description of how to pack my belongings and how much it would cost to pack and move everything. Everyone handling my case was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain everything to me. In the week leading up to the move, they responded to my phone calls promptly. On the day of the move, the dispatch office called one hour before my scheduled time to confirm that the crew would be there on time. I sat on my couch and watched as three strong and nice men packed my stuff. Then we met at my new apartment and they had unloaded all my stuff. Everything was in good condition and everything was set up as I requested. I would highly recommend Spartan Vanlines.
