they took my deposit, scheduled the pick up. i called numerous times before the pick up to confirm the date. the day of the scheduled pick up, i called at 9:20am and was told they were on their way. later in the day, i received a call from a company that identified themselves as "moving express" stating that they would be picking up the items. they said that they were filling in for spirit van lines. noone ever showed up. when i called spirit van lines, they said they were too busy to call me and that they didn't have a truck available.
