contracted with spirit van lines for moving purposes. they never showed up. after being told that the truck was on it's way, another company identifying themselves as moving express, said they were helping out spirit van lines and they would be there between 3-4pm. they never showed. finally got ahold of spirit, and they said they were busy, and couldn't call. they also said they didn't know when my stuff would be picked up. the order was placed 8/28/11 for a 9/12/11 pickup. if you use either of these companies, i hope you have a backup plan when they don't show, don't answer their phones.
