Highly recommend. Used for an in-town move.
I have been involved in several personal moves in my lifetime and have been responsible for major company and office moves. Never have I experienced a crew like this! Friendly, cheerful, quick, efficient, polite, courteous, focused, and a strong work ethic like I have never seen in a moving company!
Moving day was no different! The guys were great! Fast, orderly. When they were unloading at our new house, our neighbors were so impressed that they wished they had known about StarCity! The crew was unbelievable!
The crew we had "get it". Not only do they know how to pack and load, they seem to understand that a move is not only stressful, but it is emotional as well. Leaving behind memories and daily contact with good neighbors, moving to mostly an unknown. The crew possessed the hard and soft skills needed to not just get the job done, but made it a pleasant experience.
Again, I cannot state how courteous these guys were and how hard and quickly they worked. They were like a well oiled machine.
They were very competitively priced - very accurate estimate. Got 3 estimates. The other 2 moving companies, which I had used before, were either hesitant or unwilling to provide references. StarCity provided me with 3 references to call, which I did. Gentle Giant lived up to what I heard from the references.
