I hired Starcity a year ago and I was happy that they were able to accommodate my needs again 3 days ago for a move from NYC to Boston. Moving is stressful for many of us and the company staff was flexible and understanding when the realty agency did not provide me with the apartment keys on time. The Starcity crew work very well under pressure, did not freak out when I called with a potential change of plans at the last minute. Instead, they provided options and always looked out for my best interest to keep my costs down. They had done an excellent job at packing furniture for long-term storage to protect it from bugs/cold, damp weather conditions and once I unpacked everything was intact. Felix and Carlos were great in 2010 and Rolando and John were just as awesome for this move. Prompt arrival, very positive attitude, flexible and good listeners. They wanted to make sure all boxes were placed in their appropriate rooms. They also did a great job at assembling furniture, which is a pain to do, and Starcity did it in a jiffy, probably for a third of the time that it would have taken me to do it. I cannot recommend them enough. I will tell my colleagues and friends. These guys are super stars in my book.
