The Only Sane Thing

Very professional and reliable moving company. In the midst of my chaotic month of moving, Starcity Moving was the only sane thing that was happening for me. I called Steve to run a quote and give me a flat rate. He was very good at following up my phone calls and answering my questions and concerns. He was also very flexible in the scheduling and was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork my new building required in order for them to move my belongings in. As he suggested, I boxed up all of my belongings beforehand. For bigger furniture, they use blankets along with shrink wrap and tape. They wrapped all my furniture this way. They helped me set everything up in the new place and there were no hitches. The best part of Starcity is the communication. Steve is very thorough and understands customer service. His staff was very courteous when I was around and even asked if they could use the bathroom during the move. All in all, they were the diamond in the rough. The realtor and mortgage companies I had been dealing with were making me feel like a 2nd class citizen when Starcity came in doing exactly what they represent. Recommended!
