Terrific from start to finish

My wife and I recently moved to a new place in Boston, and, based on four individual recommendations from colleagues and friends, called Starcity Moving. We were THRILLED with the service. Our experience was good from the start - their scheduler was very easy to work with, and also handled all the little details (e.g., calling before the move to confirm, calling after the move to make sure we were satisfied). The movers themselves were prompt and professional, organized, and completed the work for the exact flat rate that was given in advance. They both packed and moved us, and their people were very careful and thoughtful with our belongings, and treated them as if they were their own. (They also offer unpacking services, but we didn't think to ask about that XXXnext time, for sure.) Their guys were also incredibly polite and hard-working XXXwe had our new neighbors comment on this during the unloading process. We will use them again for our future moves, and strongly encourage you to do so, too. A terrific experience from start to finish!
