I had the best experience with StarCity. I would hire them in again in a heartbeat. Steve took my call and was super responsive to all of my emails and concerns. He is a man of his word and stayed with the quote.
Rolando, Ruffino and Victor helped me move from NJ to RI and took all the stress that I was self-imposing off my shoulders. When they arrived, Rolando immediately sensed I was freaking out and he asked me, "Do you like coffee?" I replied yes. Then he says, "Relax and go get yourself some coffee and come back later - we'll be ready." My jaw almost dropped. I was so grateful I didn't have to be there stressing out!
They wrapped my TV and some furniture and were really careful. My move went smoothly and their customer service was stellar. I can't say enough how professional they are and how grateful I am for making my move as painless as possible.
Tip them well! They are worth it.
