I just moved from NYC to Philly (got a new job) and chose Starcity as my movers after reading their favorable online reviews and receiving a competitive flat rate moving quote. I could have not been more pleased with my experience. I emailed with Dean (the owner) back and forth and he dealt with all of the necessary paperwork and communication for both of my apartment buildings and made things as easy and hassle-free as possible. Rolando and Francisco showed up on time (to the minute - on the dot!) and were not only professional, but very friendly all-around nice guys. After dealing with some heavy traffic, sporadic torrential downpours, and annoying move-in procedures at my new building, the guys kept their cool and did a great job. Whenever I decide to move out of state again, I will call Starcity first. Highly recommended.
