Thank you moverreviews for helping me find Starcity! They were so professional and very helpful... It was really fascinating watching them go around the house and pick up furniture and boxes.
They moved really fast but never careless... I had boxes that had fragile items inside and fragile stickers and I watched them handle them with care. So I didn't have to stress. I also had a few more cabinets that weren't packed and one person asked me what else needed to be boxed and worked with me to get them in the boxes and taped up. He wrapped everything carefully also!
I was also impressed with their website, they provide moving checklist and moving guides and packing tips. When I needed to call and ask a question, the customer service was so helpful. The movers listened to my instructions and as I had some equipment I wanted carried a certain way and they weren't irritated. All in all great moving experience.
