Starcity definitely earned 5 stars for our move. We went from a 5th floor walk up apartment (with a spiral staircase leading to loft like bedroom) to a second floor apartment. To top it off it the weather was freezing cold and there was virtually no street parking. The crew was absolutely wonderful - very friendly and respectful.
They worked quickly, had a positive attitude and were very careful with our belongings. Everything was wrapped, even our cheap IKEA furniture - and nothing was broken, misplaced, or even damaged. Last year we used another mover who changed the price on us and damaged our furniture. Our experience this time around was a polar opposite...this moving company truly delivered.
Overall Starcity's movers earned my praise because they were professional, friendly and considerate guys. most pleasant move my boyfriend or I have ever had (out of many). Cannot recommend them highly enough and should've listened to my friends about them long ago.
