I have spent lots time checking reviews of movers on various sites, and even have few came to my house to give estimate in person. Starcity canceled two in person appointments but did give me a very detailed estimate. Their price is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive one. However, I like the honest and pleasant tone of the owner on the phone, and decided to use them. On the moving day, all movers were very nice, efficient and professional. I am very satisfied with their performance, except one thing, they pack my fan in the garment boxes and got some my dress duty. It is better to pack yourself or give detailed packing instruction.
