Amazing customer service! I was so stressed out about moving but they went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.
I didn't have much time to figure out how I was going to move out of a 2-bedroom into a 1-bedroom. About a week before our move-in date, I called StarCity and spoke with Lindsey, who seamlessly set up the move for me. She also encouraged me to buy the Yelp deal so that I could save some money.
When there was a mix-up with the new landlord about when we could receive our keys, I called Lindsey to change the moving day and she quickly sent a confirmation email with the new date.
When the condo's building manager said he needed to see the moving company's certificate of insurance 3 business days before the move was scheduled, I called Jackie again. Her co-worker Dean ensured that all of the condo's requirements were met and faxed the documentation to them by the next morning.
