I blame these reviews for one of the best moving experiences of my life. My last move, which was an interstate move, was complete hell, which is why I made sure to do my research this time before hiring just anyone. (Not only did that company raise the price by $800 because "the truck wasn't big enough," but the movers stole a few boxes of expensive china that happened to be my great grandparents).
Steve came by to give me an in home estimate, and he was very true to his word. There were no hidden fees or extra charges, no discrepancies because I need a few more smaller items moved, and nothing was stolen! The movers, Rolando and Rigo did an astounding job. They were thorough and efficient, and had a friendly attitude throughout the whole process. They were so careful with everything, and nothing was damaged.
If I had to move again, I would definitely call StarCity, and I would ask for the same movers. Thank you to the team at StarCity for making it all possible.
