Starcity is the best. They were so accomodating. I sold my house much more quickly than I anticipated, and had to get a mover scheduled immediately. I needed the date to be reserved, even though I hadn't approved an estimate. Based on 3 friends' recommendations I decided to go with Starcity. Brianne was extremely friendly and responsive and accomodated my request to reserve the date. They still came out and did the estimate (probably more for their own preparation).
The movers themselves came in quickly and promptly and got right to work. They were very friendly and pleasant, and worked with us to make sure our furniture was placed correctly in the new apartment. They even stayed late to help us rearrange the furniture until we were satisfied with it. We had a lot of heavy and large wood furniture, and they handled all of it with expert care.
They also seemed very honest. in all the rush to move out of the house, we had some jewelry and spare change underneath and behind some furniture. In every case, the movers would pick up any money or valuables loose in the house and hand them directly to my wife, without her prompting. Even when they found just a nickel, they'd be sure to give it to her.
All I can say is that these guys are trustworthy, prompt, reasonably priced, and good at what they do. If anyone ever deserved a 5-star review, it would be these guys. Great job. We plan to use them again when we find our new house.
