I was recommended Starcity from a friend. Personally, he hadn't used them, but knew about 6 different people who all found the moving company separately and provided great feedback. I had been shopping around and looking at other moving companies to transport a 2br apartment from Astoria Queens NY to the harbor in Baltimore. I had originally booked with another moving company, but once I spoke with Dean at Starcity, I had to cancel. He was so nice and helpful in booking me, and I was very pleasantly surprised with how much they offered.
Once the movers came, they moved quickly and efficiently. Nothing was broken when our belongings arrived in Baltimore, and they were able to transport a carry a couch up 2 flights of narrow and almost dangerous stairs. The movers themselves were really nice; I would definitely use them again.
