All around terrific moving company- these guys really go above and beyond!
The main difference between Starcity and other companies we initially contacted is that they seemed to care more about gaining our business and were more knowledgeable than other companies. Our salespeople Carlos gave us all kinds of useful pointers such as how to pack dishes and where to find a good deal on storage facilities.
As stated in other reviews, there were no hidden fees and the estimate was clear and simple. Our actual cost ended up being the exact same price as the proposal we received, despite the fact that the actual move ended up taking longer than expected.
Ignacio's movers (including Juan and Luis, who were both terrific) arrived on time (early, in fact) and were ready to help with whatever was needed, including some final packing of our things. They helped with rolling out our carpets and arranging our furniture at the new place. Throughout the entire experience the movers were polite and communicative and had a wonderful attitude. Ignacio is extremely responsive with scheduling and making arrangements. I really couldn't have asked for more in a moving company
