This is the second time I've used StarCity Moving, and it's obviously for good reasons. Last time they just moved me but this time I had them pack for me also. The team(Steve & Brianne) were great in helping me with pricing. At first, Brianne gave me a ballpark price over the phone, then Steve came out to give me an in home estimate with an exact price for everything, and that price never changed, which is my favorite part about this company.
Now I'm a pretty vigilant person, especially when it comes to other people handing my personal belongings. As soon as Rolando and his team came in, they made sure that all of my things were taken care of. I was especially worried about my art work and glass items, but they wrapped and packed them so carefully, so I was quite relieved. They even had 5 wardrobe boxes with them so I could transfer all my clothes to the new place without any hassle.
Rolando and team did a phenomenal job. They were great at explaining, clarifying and reconfirming on how things needed to be packed and where to move the different boxes. I would HIGHLY recommend StarCity.
