I know it's very hard to find a moving company that you can trust with your personal belongings and i'm very glad that I went with Starcity. Great service from start to finish. I worked with a young man named Carlos for a long distance move from Washington DC to New York and he was amazingly helpful. Ian made him self very accessible and answered all my questions about the process! The rate was very reasonable for a move of that distance. The moving team who picked up and delivered my items was extremely nice and professional. My items were picked up on a Saturday and delivered on the following Monday afternoon. I was notified beforehand when my things would be picked up and delivered and my schedule and availability was definitely considered. There was no hidden fees and all of my furniture was delivered without a scratch. I would definitely recommend FlatRate to friends and will be sure to use them again! Thanks Carlos & Starcity!!
