Professional and easy to work with the whole way through. Rolando and the 3-man team from Starcity helped us move our 2 bedroom condo from New York to Montclair New Jersey. They arrived about an hour into the 2-hour window we were informed of the prior night. We weren't even finished packing when they arrived but their team helped us tape up the remaining boxes. They moved quickly but also very carefully, taking very careful instructions from us and paying close attention at the on set of the move. All the men were good about asking questions to make sure they did things exactly to our liking.
The office is also very easy to work with - honest and straight forward about every cost detail that goes into their rates. They were able to supply our building with all the proper insurance forms and liability letters to exact detail and on very short notice. They also rescheduled us when we had a last minute change in move dates. I chose Starcity not only because of their favorable reviews but because they had far fewer BBB complaints than other reputable movers (on Yelp and BBB). Now I understand why - this was an excellent and efficient moving experience.
