I used all my sons moving company for my parents move in maryland.
1. I was scheduled for tuesday 10 oclock in the morning they didn't show up and i called.. they said their computer system had some problem n it shows i was scheduled for different day. ( I was all ready for the move and waited from 10 to 4pm) they said they'll come at 12 at the latest but they came at 4. and they don't even have navigation n spent all day finding my location..
2. Two guys came and they r sooooooooooooooooo slow~~~~~~~! I couldn't believe myself how slow they are... they used our bathroom more than 10 times.. I couldn't find any professionalism to them.
3. T H E Y A R E R I P O F F !!!!! ( they charged me $625 for couple furniture move n spent hrs n hrs to make longer time! and they were supposed to make second trip for the left over items and they disappeared after collecting the MONEY!!! Can U Believe this? they r just Thieves without Knife! )
4. I called to complaint for the horrible job and the guy name jeff and david (supervisor i guess) was being mean and talking arrogant way and they never apologized! n made me upset!!!!!!!!!!
They don't deserve to get paid even!
