I've used SFM for my past 2 moves and was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The whole process was painless and they made what can sometimes be an overwhelming process much easier.
Both times the guys showed up on-time (maybe a few minutes late but I am in no rush so whatever) and whipped through our apartment. On the first time I misunderstood the packing services and got quoted a little more on the day of the move since I did not pack my items properly – but I learned the lesson for the second time and still chose them again. We put some larger furniture in storage and they meticulously padded and wrapped it all – for a silly additional cost since I was not going to do it by myself. We even got a message post-move about our things in storage letting us know that nothing was damaged. I will absolutely use them again!
