I had a horrible experience with this company with my move scheduled from Virginia to Arizona. The staff here is too shrewd to behave excellently till the time you make a booking and pay the advance. Then you will start realizing that how miserable your condition is, they wont respond to your calls, your request and all. The pick up was too late, and I was told that they will not do any packing. It was included in the price list but they denied.
Delivery service was worst, as they have a driver who behaves like goon and misbehaves. He snatched papers from me and ran away in his truck when I asked him to unpack the boxes and assemble the furniture. At the time of delivery this company will overcharge you and will make you hostage, if you dont agree to their terms. My one item was missing from the inventory list and till date company is not providing any answer to it. It's a case of a stolen item.
DONT FALL PREY in their trap. Take wise decision and let this company go bust for it's unethical practices.
