I had a great experience with Straight Forward Moving. I worked with Nathan in the beginning who was extremely helpful and immediately accessible. It seemed he responded to all my emails within minutes – and even on his day off! He was very thorough in explaining the moving process and the estimate. We had to switch moving dates several times and he was always cheerfully accommodating. The movers who arrived were very courteous, professional and able, taking a lot of care in the wrapping and boxing of all our things. They arrived on time, worked well as a team and had us packed up and out of the apartment in the time they had estimated it would take. The final price came in close to the estimate (it was a little more because I had underestimated all the items to be stored), and the foreman explained all the changes well. Based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend them
