I've moved a lot times from across town to across oceans. I've done it on my own and hired full service movers. I've never had better customer service from start to finish than from Straight Forward Moving on my last move! That's from calling to get an estimate to the guys on pick-up to the guys on delivery, to the follow up with customer service. Even when something happened that was completely out of the driver's control, he called to apologize and asked, not if but what he could do to make it right with me. I wasn't even bothered in the first place, but I was super impressed with his reaction. The job got done the way it was suppose to. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone who asks!
