Sorry for the delay in writing this review! We scheduled the move for Sunday, December 12th, 2015. Sam and crew didn't disappoint. They arrived exactly on time, worked at full speed without wasting a single minute, and were still able to smile and joke around by the end of it all. We had some heavy pieces of furniture that caused them to end up drenched in sweat but they powered through and even maintained a high level of efficiency. One of the men took a fall down a flight of stairs (no fault of his- the stairs are steep and slippery) and put his hand through the window at the bottom, shattering the glass but fortunately not cutting his hand. We were extremely impressed that they managed to call a contractor and have the window fixed by the end of the day. Straight Forward Moving paid for the repair directly and the person who fell kept on working hard all day. Also our bed used to creak and after they reassembled it, it's very sturdy and no longer makes noise!
We could not recommend this company more highly. All the movers and the people in the office were professional and pleasant and really went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you for making our move so painless!!!
