Hiring this company to move our stuff was the biggest mistake of our
lives. They lied when they measured the cubic feet for our furniture
and charged 50% more than they should have. We did measure it
ourselves at delivery, the driver signed that we are right, but they
would not reimburse us. Also, pretty much all of the furniture was
damaged. Some items were severly scratched, and some other items were
completely destroyed. When we unpacked the boxes we discovered that
many kitchen items that were packed by them were broken. They missed
three delivery dates and they brought our stuff only after our lawyer
called them. Even so, they did not deliver all the items. There are
still some things missing and it seems unlikely that we are going to see them
again or that they will pay the insurance as stated in the
contract. They do not answer to emails and phone calls either.
Again, stay away from this company. They are not movers. They are
charlatans who steal your money and destroy your furniture.
