broken items and rude inconsistant service

I was initially told that to move 12 pieces of furniture and some dishes and paintings to TX would be 4400. The next day, I was told that it would be 5600. I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks and I would be called a week ahead of time to set up an appt. After 6 weeks with no call, I called them last Saturday. I was told the delivery would be either Weds. or Thurs. and they would call ahead of time to tell me which day. On Weds. I called and was told it would be Saturday, and I told them that I work that day. They said they would come after I get home from work, which they did. There were two breakages and the worker told me to call the owner and file a claim. I called and got the same incredibly rude person who told me that they had a new owner and I couldn't talk to her. Also, I was charged an additional 600 for labor and fuel costs. This company does not tell you the truth and overcharges.
