DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
It's all lies. They sound very nice on the phone but the actual work is horrible. First, I had to call and remind them of my moving date. Then the incident with my clothes- I was specifically told not to pack my clothes because they have a "special closet box" which allows me to "hang" my clothes. They FORGOT the special closet box. My clothes DID NOT GET MOVED. There are scratches all over my furniture. They damaged my bed frame during the move that it is not safe to place my bed on it anymore. I've called TSI and when I finally was able to reach my contact person, all she said was that she wasn't going to charge for the special boxes. She told me that they were FREE in the beginning. Of course I wasn't going to pay for something that was free from the beginning. I asked what they were going to do about my unmoved clothes. She obviously didn't have an answer for that. I was put on hold for a very long time then they no longer answered my calls.
