This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!! They are very unprofessional and they lie when they fell to meet the customer needs and services. At first the customer surface is very great and they give some of the best pricing on the market. But beware, after they receive your payment the generosity and honesty suddenly decreases. After giving them my payment and setting up a moving date the TSI truck never showed up at my apartment!!!!!! I called TSI and told them the truck never arrived and the representative was actually arguing with me saying the truck was sitting outside my apartment all day, which is a bunch of crap because I was home all day and I specifically took off work to wait for TSI and no truck arrived!!! I live in a small peaceful compact apartment complex and anyone with half a brain would know if a large semi truck is sitting outside their door all day. Basically TSI never showed up to my apartment and I had to call my credit company to do a reverse transaction because TSI wanted me to pay a $100.00 cancellation fee when they were at fault by not showing up!!!! If your thinking about moving don't use TSI!!!!! take heed to what other reviewers and me or saying.
