My TSI experience was fantastic. The agent, Matt, was helpful in finding me the right price and getting the dates perfect. Because I would not be at the pickup or at the delivery I was concerned that things might not go smoothly. However, my father reported that the delivery agents were efficient, polite and careful with the items. Everything was delivered promptly to my sister's home and she was very happy with how helpful the agents were there. I have already recommended TSI to a friend.
