Website does not tell whole story!

I used this company twice in 4 months. First experience was wonderful with no problems at all. All information was the same (pick-up and delivery address), except TSI used a different freight company for each transaction and the second freight company and TSI made the experience bad from the start to the finish. I don't blame the freight companies because I am sure that they have set protocol, but TSI doesn't make the customer aware of this fact. The website and the person booking the reservation do not tell you the whole story of what to expect with your move. The website does not state that the customer is expected to help load and unload items shipped on and off the truck. I'm handicapped and live alone and would not have used this service if I had realized that business is done this way. You learn of this after you have paid your money to the company and it is on the invoice that is e-mailed to you afterwards and is never spoken to the customer. The item being shipped have to be on a pallet which is not on the website or spoken to the customer. The second freight company said that they could not get my 9 boxes (total 270 lbs) to my house due to low lying wires over the road and there is an additional charge for them to deliver in this circumstances (also on the invoice only), not on website about difficulties with deliveries. Website does not say this is curb to curb service, not delivered into your home unless, of course, if you want to pay more money. Customer service on the phone puts all problems on the customer and acts as though everything wrong with shipment is the customer's fault. If you use this company due to other reviews, I hope your experience is better than mine.
