When I needed to ship my custom-made Amish bedroom set of 12 pieces from AZ to NE, I felt certain that it would be an unpleasant experience. Nothing could have been further from what occurred. I received great customer service at every step of the process. Everyone I had contact with was honest, knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. My furniture arrived when I expected it, was in perfect condition and the delivery men put it where I requested.
