A semi truck came on date of pick-up but was not able to pick up due to the busy intersection out of MHP, so we had to wait until the next day for a smaller semi. A little bit of inconvenience to need to wait again as we were trying to move, but do understand. There were no issues after pick-up and my bed was delivered on time. Customer service was very helpful. Overall, I felt this was a good choice to have this company handle it and would hire them again if needed.
