My contact person, Natalie, was always accessible and answered my emails the same day. I asked for a discount because 3 family membrs also used TSI, and it was done, Natalie was quick to respond, very polite on the phone, very helpful w/all my questions. I'd never done anything exactly like this before so I was a little nervous and did ask a lot of questions XXXNatalie was courteous and professional the whole time. When my furniture arrived in OR the moving men called me and we set up a window for the next day XXXand these men too were very polite and friendly! Unfortunately they ran into some car trouble in Roseburg which held them up. But they men called me every hour to update me and asked if they could still come a little later and I said certainly XXXso they came and brought my very heavy furniture down into my basement XXXvery narrow staircase, I still don't know how they did it XXXand everything looks great. I do want to mention how obvious it was that these guys were upset at the truck repair delay, and they did keep me well updated, I was pretty impressed by that. Also how friendly and polite. These men were wonderful and handled my furniture with care, everything's great and I would DEFINITELY recommend TSI, and the two men who helped me yesterday, to anyone looking for kind and courteous professionals.
