If I could give Transit Systems 0 stars, I would. Having lived in 4 countries and 4 states, I can easily say this is the worst moving company I have ever worked with.
While their initial communications were thorough and timely (why wouldn't they be when over $1,000.00 was on the table), as soon as the payment was made it was basically dead silence on their end.
I am currently living abroad, and had requested several times that they confirm that my items would be in Utah (where my parents live) during the window of time in which I would be in the country.
I was told not to worry, that items usually arrive in 2 weeks.
Well, almost 2 months later my shipment arrived at my parents house. Did they arrive when I was in the country? No.
And that's not the part that irks me. Things are just things (and while I would have liked access to MY things instead of buying new ones to hold me over until the next time I can get back to the YS), what gets to me is that they gave me a run around, they weren't honest. If they had told me the truth, I might have better things to say about them.
I'm really, really disappointed with this company.
Any time I asked for an update on my shipment, they acted like they had no idea where it was (and if that's the case - how freaking scary is that?).
I would recommend a different company. Just don't use this one. It's a joke.
