Dispatch called with my shipment, went to pick it up at the terminal because I wanted it quicker and my house is on a small dead end street, (not the best for larger trucks). Upon receipt, 1 package was missing even though the paperwork listed it as there. Wasn't worried about it until I got the e-mail for this survey and saw that "lost, damaged, stolen" were choices for service. Made me think, If it's on a survey it must happen a lot. They found it within 24 hours and took an additional 3 days for the last package to arrive. Service was great but the office staff at the terminal was a bit surly considering I was saving them 2 trips by picking it up myself. Would use again for sure, thnx
