Our pickup was delayed due to snow/ice (east coast) but I was called every day by a company person on the west coast. Once our shipment was picked up, it went to the destination the next day. He once again called me to follow-up. I was impressed. The person I called to find out information and to making shipping arrangements was awesome. Very knowledgeable, as I have never shipped anything before. She made it easy. And the truck drivers were great too. Very nice. Made shipping our heavy load look easy. This was a great experience and will definitely use them again if I ever need to ship things. Keep up the great work! As customers, you made us feel important while keeping us informed and updated. Thank you for your service. It was much appreciated.
