We were very pleased with our service from Transit Systems Inc. We had a small load to ship, but also needed special services to transport an expensive electric wheelchair. Our customer service representative, Susan Osbourne, was especially knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly reassured us that the company could handle our unique shipping needs, and provided us with an affordable quote. Susan was also very friendly and professional. The movers who loaded our belongings were quick, efficient and very careful. When our shipment arrived at our new home, everything was in perfect condition without a scratch. We will definitely use Transit Systems Inc if we ever decide to move again, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
