Both drivers were very helpful. Phone staff was very sweet through the whole process, from getting a quote to pickup and delivery. I'd only initially been told my items had to be boxed, not bagged as well, so I had to rush out the morning of pickup to get that taken care of, but only a minor detail. Wonderful customer service otherwise!
