They withdrew the deposit even without my signed agreement. I didn't cancel and I didn't have to because I never returned written agreement. Don't let them know your bank account.
They are brokers. You will be really sorry if you make contract with them. They are not responsible any loss or damage to your goods because they are brokers not movers. Be aware all the moving company you cannot find an agent in your local area.
You should make direct contact with movers. Do not rely on telephone conversation. They lie to you. Believe me. If you don't have enough money, find you pack we drive service such as u-pack. If you want a full service, rely on big moving companies such as northAmerican van lines, United Van Lines, Allied Van Lines, Mayflower transit, Atlas van lines, etc. They give not that cheap but reasonable estimate.
