I used The Moving Experts for my relocation from Mi to IL & Im glad they called me. The girl I spoke w/was very pleasant to speak with she was very detailed with me regarding the moving process which Im so glad she was since this was the 1st time I would have used professional movers. Normally I move myself but she made some really good points about me doing it myself compared to allowing a mover to assist me. I actually thought it would have been cheaper to do it myself but once I compared the 2 it made more sense to use her service so I decided to go with them. Everything she promised from the pickup to delivery was in fact on point. There were no hidden fees, & my price didnt change. My household items that were moved were in the same condition as when they picked them up & delivery was extremely fast. They told me it would take anywhere from 1-10 business days in which it arrived the next day which was great so that was definitely a plus!! Overall I am completely satisfied with their service & If I should ever relocate out of state again I will definitely give them a call. Thank you for great service!!
