In brief there was nothing good about this move. The pickup was 3 days late and delivery was 60 days late. All the furniture was damaged, most beyond repair. Two boxes were lost and never found, mattress arrived unboxed and stained. Probably the most frustrating part of dealing with this company was the fact that their customer service people never kept in touch with me as to when delivery would take place and when I called them they always had an excuse as to the delay.
