I got a bid based on cubic ft. and gave very detailed measurements on 20 items.
Had second thoughts but was talked into staying with the bid. I asked if the delivery would be in a company moving van and was told yes. Delivery was in a contract vehicle, trailer had no ramp, boxes crushed and furniture damaged. Driver said it was "my first delivery....and my last". Had to pay extra for more CF but did get some relief. Took 30 days to get the delivery and never was told an accurate date of delivery (hence the "free" storage?).
