I have to relocate every few years because of my job. I know the movers who would quote you the lowest and then break all your glassware. Roadway van lines could very easily get away with doing the same. The reason why I'm here is because they did the expected. They did give me the lowest quote, arrived at the right time with proper transports and packed all my belongings too carefully. To my utter surprise, all my glassware arrived completely intact. I can finally rely on a mover!
