I wish I had visited this site and seen some of the reviews before I decided on this company. This was, without a doubt, the WORST moving experience we have ever had. The moving team consisted of two movers who spoke only Spanish and a "supervisor" who spoke only English. I can't tell you how much time they wasted trying (and failing) to communicate with each other. The movers were slow and unresponsive. They couldn't figure out how to get our box spring up the stairs and proclaimed it impossible we did it ourselves in 10 minutes after they left). Worst of all is when we got the bill - $1075 for a 5-hour move of less than 10 miles! Robbery! They had the nerve to charge for 2 hours of travel time (their office is about 30 minutes away) AND tack on a $150 fuel charge. Unfortunately, they didn't show me any of this until after they had already loaded our stuff on the truck, at which point we had little choice but to sign the bill or risk having our stuff dumped out. When I called the company to complain, I got someone who claimed that the only person who could respond to my complaint was Lou, and Lou wouldn't be available for at least a week. I still haven't managed to get a hold of him. Avoid this company!
