Truly a horrible experience. Melissa, the customer service manager, was a nightmare to have to work with. Nothing was transparent from the beginning. I was told one thing from a sales rep about how the process would be and the experience was completely different. I wouldn't recommend these movers to anyone. Mainly just the people who work at the company, not the movers themselves. They broke some of my items & random things are missing. Save yourself the trouble
