Horrible moving company

I would like to give them negative stars. This company advertises under the name "Top Movers Inc."
The sales associate, Anthony, will tell you a bunch of lies about how you are going to get your stuff within 2-3 days of pickup. He claims they are, "not like the other moving companies that will hold onto your stuff for 21 days." I was called the day before my SCHEDULED pickup saying I would have to have my stuff picked up in an hour or they can't make the promised delivery.
Since then, I have NOT received my items. I am now 4 days passed the promised delivery date. Each day I call to confirm they are coming, I am told "2 more days." Well, you guess it, today I was told 2 more days again.
Customer service is a joke. John Miller told me yesterday that he would ensure that someone contacted me today, which of course did not happen. When I finally got ahold of him today, he told me that he can't do anything because I am still within the 21 days. I said that Anthony gave me a verbal contract with a different time line. He replied, "verbal contracts don't hold up in court. You and I both know that."
The driver tells me that they call him daily and put other jobs in front of mine. He has to follow what his boss tells him of course.
I didn't realize this company was really under Interstate Movers since they advertise as Top Movers Inc. I hope this review will prevent someone from hiring them when they search for the company name!
