Pickup late. I had to keep calling and each time the pickup was later and later. Finally came 6 AM the day of settlement. Were still there when new owners and realtor did the walk through. Almost were late for settlement. Had to stay at a hotel to be there for them at 6 AM.
Delivery was the same. Had to keep calling and each time was told it would be later and later. Had to stay another night at a hotel because we had our house but nowhere to sit or sleep!
The weight was more than expected and Mr. Ross said he would charge another $300. The movers charged us $500. Too bad it was verbal and not via email.
Very stressful move. Only one step stool wasn't delivered but we bought a new one rather than hassle with it since it wasn't worth it.
